Make the Most of the Central Coast

Ever since Oprah deemed San Luis Obispo as the happiest city in America, I think this safe haven of a city went from a hidden gem to…just the gem that it really is. For a staycation (or a little getaway) where you want to feel connected to the world and the people you care about most, I cannot recommend a weekend in SLO enough.

I went to college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo (Go Mustangs!), and constantly look forward to my next trip up the coast to this peaceful city. Whether you love hiking, eating, drinking, shopping, or hanging out at the beach—SLO has it all.

In this post, I wanted to share some of the photos from this euphoric weekend spent with some of my best girlfriends. I hope it serves as inspiration for you to take the time you need to recuperate, to reconnect with those you love and to remain inspired (especially my fellow creatives).

In no particular order, my San Luis Obispo Favorites:

My Weekend in Photos:

Jenna Renee

It only took me nine months of working in the data analytics industry post-graduation to realize that I was destined for something greater.

Hungry for a creative career that enabled me to leverage the power of photography and social media—while capitalizing on an unrelenting work ethic—I turned my side hobby into a living, breathing business.
